To create a new supplier account

 

Click on the Supplier dashboard > Add a Supplier button and the screen below will display. This is where you will enter the master file information for your suppliers.



Here you will enter the master file information for the supplier account. In the top section of the screen, you will enter the name, opening balance, credit limit and Tax Reference number of your supplier.

In the Details Tab: You will enter your supplier’s postal, physical and website addresses, name, email, telephone, mobile and fax numbers on the Contact Details tab.

In the Banking Details: add the Supplier Banking Details.

Then Click “Save” or “Save and New” to create another supplier.
