1. Login as an administrator.

  2. Click Users.

  3. Click Reset password Reset Password icon either on the user list or at the top of the user's account page.

  4. To see either of these options you must be signed in with an administrator account that has reset password privileges.

  5. Type and confirm the new password. Or click Auto-generate password.

  6. (Optional) Check the box that requires the user to change the password when they next sign in.

  7. Click Reset to save your changes.

  8. Send the user their new password.
