Email Address
In case you forget your password or cannot sign in for some reason, adding a recovery email address will let you get back your Zoho account. The first email address you use to sign up for your Zoho account will default to primary email. We recommend adding a secondary email for your Zoho account recovery. Head over to your email inbox and click the confirmation link in the email we sent you for verification.
Setting up recovery email:
Log on to your Zoho Account and click on the My Profile Info tab >> Email Address.
Once you have verified your primary email, you will be able to add a secondary email.
Click the Add Email button at the right top corner.
Enter the secondary email address and your current Zoho account password.
Verify your secondary email address by clicking the confirmation link we sent you.
All your secondary email addresses will be listed in a dropdown to choose from when you are trying to recover your Zoho account.
Note:
Your organization may have blocked adding recovery email addresses to your account in accord with your organization policy. In case you cannot access your account or need to reset your password, contact your super admin.
You can make any secondary email address primary by navigating to the Email Address tab under profile and clicking make primary.
Incase the confirmation mail is not received, click on the Resend Confirmation Mail icon to receive the confirmation mail again.
Editing your email address:
Log on to your Zoho Account and click on the My Profile Info tab >> Email Address.
Click the Edit option on the right.
Enter your new email address and password, then click Update.
A confirmation mail will now be sent to the new email address.
Click on the confirmation link to activate your account.
